Personal Shopping Service is by-invite only. Sessions are available from Monday to Thursday, 3pm to 6pm.
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail, and the Personal Shopping team will contact you within 3 working days to confirm whether the session you selected is available.
Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email from us, the appointment is not confirmed.
Successful reservations of Personal Shopping sessions are subject to availability and MBS' confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, any cancellation requests should be given with at least 3 working days’ notice.
The specific programme for each Personal Shopping session shall be determined by MBS at MBS’ discretion.
In the event of any dispute in relation to the Personal Shopping Service, MBS’ decision is final and binding on the patron.
Patron agrees and understands that the services are provided in connection with the Personal Shopping Service session only. Any unrelated request will not be entertained.
