The McQueen Cross-Bar Hobo Bag is not just a bag; it is a fashion statement. This unique design can be worn over the shoulder and sitting vertically for a powerful look, handheld as a bold fashion statement, or with the Cross-Bar folded down as a chic clutch. The bag can also be worn crossbody with the Cross-Bar handle folded down with the removable strap.
1. Hardware: The Cross-Bar features a statement oversized metal handle with the T-bar detail. The handle is fully handcrafted from brass and finished in 0.5 microns of gold plating or 0.2 microns of silver (palladium) plating, offering great corrosion resistance and oxidation.
2. Leather Body: The supple and soft leather is farmed in Spain, then prepared and tanned with a metal-free solution in Italy. The bag is also lined in tonal smooth Nappa leather (chrome-free tanning).
3. Expert artisans use print mould machines to stamp the irregular grain, giving the leather its bold personality. The leather features a very light finish to enhance its 3D texture and give the colours a rich depth.
